An error occurred while resetting the portal application cache refresh timer. The portal site will continue to operate by using cached configuration data, but changes to the configuration database might not be picked up until the issue is resolved.
To resolve this issue execute the following steps:
Recycle the application pool for the portal site or if need be restart the IIS Server. This can be done by use the Computer Management Console task:
Start Computer Management Console
If necessary, look in the Application event log for related events and information. The Application event log can be viewed through the Event Viewer snap-in which can be found in the Computer Management console. The following task will start the Computer Management console:
Address any issues in the event log that are responsible for this failure.
