Summary

The System Center Management Health Service could not log on the specified Run As account because it has not been granted the 'Log On Locally' right.

Below is a summary of the default configuration of this monitor:

  • Warning state: Transition to warning state if the specified Run As account has not been granted 'Log On Locally' right on the managed computer (event 7002)

  • Healthy state: Transition to healthy state if all Run As accounts granted the ‘Log On Locally’ right (event 7028)

Causes

The System Center Management Health Service could not log on the specified Run As account because it has not been granted the 'Log On Locally' right.

Resolutions

Grant the 'Log On Locally' right to the specified run as Account using either Group Policy or Local Computer Policy (under Computer Configuration -> Security Settings -> User Rights Assignment).
