Summary

The Management Configuration service is not running.

Causes

When the Management Configuration service is not running, no new configuration will be set to any of the Health Services. Check the Operations Manager and System event logs to determine why the Management Configuration service has entered a stopped state.

Resolutions

Restart the System Center Management Configuration service on the Root Management Server.
