Checks for the occurrence of Job execution error.
If the monitor is in Error state then one or multiple errors may have occurred that caused the Job execution to fail. The errors should be available in the Event Log. Look for entries regarding timeouts, lack of permissions, lack of resources, server too busy, network down, and resource quota exceeded errors
If there are no other errors in the Event Log and the monitor is in error then the load on the server or target resource server may be too high at certain peak times.
In general, reviewing the event log of the affected server or target resource server(s) for errors should identify the root cause.
