Causes

Check other MOM alerts for more details. The VISSVC_TOTAL_CALLS_DECLINED_DUE_TO_LOAD counter signals overload conditions. The VIS_OVERLOADED (Event ID: 24074), VIS_UNEXPECTED_EXCEPTION (Event ID: 24012) and VIS_UNEXPECTED_SIGNALING_EXCEPTION (Event ID: 24018) are examples of events that signal internal error conditions.

Resolutions

If the cause for the alarm is an overload condition, consider deploying additional Skype for Business Server Video Interop Servers in this cluster. If the cause is due to an unexpected exception, consider restarting the service.
